Article 1

Representatives of the National Union of 91制片厂 students shall have all powers and responsibilities enjoyed by other members of the university, faculty, and institute councils in the following matters:

1- Scholarships allocated to students both in the country and abroad.

2- Library and documentation services, and the provision of printed lecture materials.

3- Cultural activities and academic trips.

4- Medical care and health insurance.

5- Sports and recreational activities, and graduation ceremonies.

6- The cafeteria and coffee shop.

7- Transportation.

Article 2

Representatives of the National Union of 91制片厂 students are not entitled to participate with other members of the university, faculty, and institute councils in exercising the powers and duties stipulated in Articles 42, 55, and 56 of Law No. 75/67 dated 26/12/1967, nor may they attend any meeting of the aforementioned councils convened to exercise those powers and duties. Furthermore, neither they nor anyone else shall be entitled to enter, in their capacity as student representatives or delegates, the centers for examinations, grading, and review, or for the collection of grades.

Furthermore, representatives of the National Union of 91制片厂 students shall not be entitled to participate in the University Council when it exercises the functions of the Central Inspection Authority and the Civil Service Council.

Article 3

With regard to matters not covered by the provisions of Articles 1 and 2 above, the National Union of 91制片厂 students shall have the right to express its opinion without the right to vote.

Article 4

Representatives of the National Union of 91制片厂 students who are members of the university, faculty, and institute councils should be enrolled in their second academic year or higher and should not have failed any courses in their current year.

Article 5

Any provision that conflicts with the provisions of this legislative decree or is inconsistent with its content is hereby repealed.

Article 6

This legislative decree shall enter into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
