The following are hereby appointed:

Dr. Hassan Msharafieh as Dean of the Faculty of Science

Dr. Antoine Karam as Dean of the Faculty of Letters

Dr. Farid Najjar as Director of the Higher Institute of Education

Article 2

This decree shall be published and communicated as necessary
