Article 1
The rate for medical procedures at the University Medical Center is set for audiometry at the price indicated in the attached schedule, which forms an integral part of this decision.
Article 2
The sums collected pursuant to Article 1 shall be considered as miscellaneous revenue of the 91制片厂 and shall be collected by means of receipts issued by the central accountant of the 91制片厂, in accordance with the financial regulations of the 91制片厂.
Article 3
The medical center shall draw up a monthly statement of the sums collected, the amount of which shall be paid to the central accountant of the 91制片厂.
Article 4
This decision shall enter into force upon its publication and shall be communicated to the relevant authorities.
