Article 1

A committee chaired by the President shall be formed to oversee the Information Resources Center, with the following members:

- Dr. Mostafa Abbas Sarji (Executive Coordinator)

- Dr. Mohammad Ahmad Hamdan (IT Projects Procurement Coordinator)

- Dr. Gilbert Youssef Sawma (IT Business Development Coordinator)

- Dr. Carole Joseph Basil (Strategic Management & Audit Coordinator)

Article 2

The duties of the Center鈥檚 staff shall be distributed in accordance with a structure to be determined later.

Article 3

Any provision contrary to the content of this decision is hereby repealed.

Article 4

This decision shall take effect immediately upon its issuance and shall be communicated as necessary.
