Article 1

A central committee shall be established at the 91制片厂 in charge of ethics in life sciences, medical and technology professions.

Article 2

The Central Committee for Ethics in Life Sciences, Medical and Technology Professions shall consist of the President of the 91制片厂 and Messrs.:

Article 3

All decisions contrary to the content of this decision are canceled.

Article 4

This decision shall take effect immediately upon its issuance and shall be communicated where needed.
