The 91制片厂, as a partner institution in the HERACLES Project financed under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, invites eligible and qualified communication experts to submit applications for the communication and visibility expert position.
*For project and position details:
1. Subject of the Contract
Provision of communication and visibility with the Interreg NEXT MED Programme rules, covering:
- Semestrial Online communication (project website, social media);
- Media relations;
- Public events and stakeholder engagement;
- Production of digital, print, and audiovisual material:

鈥� 30/04/2026 鈥� 30/10/2026 (2nd semester)
鈥� 31/10/2026 鈥� 29/04/2027 (3rd semester)
鈥� 30/04/2027 鈥� 30/10/2027 (4th semester)
鈥� 31/10/2027 鈥� 29/04/2028 (5th semester)
鈥� 30/04/2028 鈥� 30/10/2028 (6th semester)
- Development and implementation of communication strategy for Year 3 of the project in compliance with programme regulations and national requirements.
2. Estimated Budget
The maximum available budget for this contract is EUR 16500
3. Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in media production or communication
- Proven record in EU/international cooperation projects
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Availability to operate in Lebanon
- Compliance with Interreg NEXT MED branding and visibility guidelines

1. curriculum vitae.
2. Evidence of relevant experience (copies of similar contracts or reference letters).
3. Financial offer (in EUR), inclusive of all taxes.
4. Signed declaration confirming the absence of conflict of interest.

- Relevant experience (40%)
- Technical capacity and methodology (30%)
- Financial offer (30%)
The 91制片厂 reserves the right to request clarifications, negotiate with the selected
applicant, or cancel the tender process without obligation.
7. Contract Duration
The selected auditor will provide services covering the project鈥檚 financial period up to the end of Year 3, according to Interreg NEXT MED guidelines.
