Decision No. 228 appointing Dr. Bassam Badran to head the Center for Research and Analysis in Environmental Sciences at the DSST

Article 1
Dr. Bassam Badran is hereby appointed to head the Center for Research and Analysis in Environmental Sciences.
Article 2
He shall oversee administrative matters involving researchers and technical staff, and coordinate various activities with the heads of research departments working at the Center.
Article 3
Dr. Bassam Badran is exempted from half of his teaching load at the Faculty of Science - Branch 1, for the duration of his tenure in the aforementioned duties.
Article 4
The Director of the Center shall work under the supervision of the Dean of the Doctoral School of Science & Technology.
Article 5
This decision shall be communicated as needed.
