Date for entrance exam at the FEBA for the academic year 2026–2027

The Dean of the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration, Professor Selim Mekdessi, announces the following:

- The entrance exam for the first year of the Bachelor’s degree (majors in Economics & Business Administration, French/English) for the academic year 2026–2027 will be held on Saturday, 18 July 2026.

- Applications are to be submitted electronically from Monday, 1 June 2026, through Thursday, 9 July 2026, inclusive.

 

The exam includes:

  • A mathematics exam (students choose between French and English)
  • An economics exam (students choose between Arabic, French, and English)
  • A foreign language exam (students choose between French and English)

 

Application Process

      • Applications should be submitted via the website fseg.ul.edu.lb, and the following required documents should be uploaded:
  • Passport-sized photo
  • Individual civil status record or certified copy thereof issued by the Civil Registry, or a passport or residence permit for foreigners.
  • Duly certified high school transcript from the relevant educational district or the Ministry of Education, or certified copy of the General Secondary Certificate (Baccalaureate, Part II) or its equivalent, or certified copy of the 2026 admission application form.
      • The student completes registration by:
  • Reporting to the branch selected by the candidate from among the faculty's six branches (Hadath – Ashrafieh – Tripoli – Aley – Nabatieh – Rashaya), bringing the following documents:
  1. The application submitted on the website, printed.
  2. Two certified passport-sized photos and matching the photo on the individual civil status record.
  3. Financial stamp of LBP 50,000.
  • · The candidate receives a receipt for payment of fees issued by the Student Affairs Department at the branch.
  •  The student pays the entrance exam fee of LBP 1,000,000 at any LibanPost branch.
  • Exam cards are distributed to students three days before the exam date at the branch where the student is registered.

 

Miscellaneous

- Exam locations will be announced at a later date on the 91Ƭ website and on the faculty's page.

- Upon entering the exam, students should present the original individual civil status record, or certified copy issued by the Civil Registry, or passport or residence permit for foreign students, in addition to the exam card issued by the faculty.

- After the exam results are announced, successful students wishing to enroll in the first year are required to submit the original documents corresponding to the electronically uploaded file and proof of high school graduation along with their application. Otherwise, their admission will be considered void.

- Students holding technical and vocational diplomas in the following fields are eligible to take the entrance exam: Computer Programming – Business Studies – Secretarial Studies – Management & Organization – Accounting & IT – Sales & Business Relations – Administrative Secretarial Studies – Hotel Arts – Management Information Systems – IT – Management Information Systems – Auditing & Management Expertise.
