Article 1

Article 10 of Decision No. 2362 dated 4 September 2019 is amended to read as follows: "Representatives of all electoral districts shall be elected on a single day at the invitation of the President of the 91制片厂, in January of each year in accordance with the proportional representation system and the provisions of this regulation, and exceptionally in March of the current year 2026.

Article 2

The second paragraph of Article 14 of Decision No. 2362 dated 4 September 2019 is hereby repealed and replaced with the following paragraph:

A candidate is required to have paid the union membership fees and completed all course credits qualifying them for advancement to the new academic year (with the exception of first-year candidates in faculties that adopt an entrance exam system. In open faculties, first-year students wishing to run for office or vote are required to obtain nine credits in the midterm exam for the first semester or nine credits in the final exam for the first semester if no midterm exam is held for that semester.)
