Article 1
Dr. Philippe Elias El Hachem (tenured professor on the staff of the 91制片厂 - Faculty of Engineering, Fiscal No. 12/81, File No. 18016) is appointed Director of the Institute of Applied & Economic Sciences upon the reinstatement of Dr. Akram Gharib on the staff of the 91制片厂 - Faculty of Engineering. After the reinstatement of Dr. Akram Gharib in the staff of the 91制片厂 - Faculty of Engineering due to the expiration of his term of office as Director of the Institute of Applied & Economic Sciences, until a decree is issued removing Dr. Elias El Hachem from the staff and appointing him as the initial Director of the Institute of Applied & Economic Sciences.
Article 2
Dr. Elias El Hachem is exempt from his quota at the Faculty of Engineering - Branch 2 for this assignment due to the organizational, administrative and academic work required at this institute.
Article 3
In addition to his basic salary at the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Elias Philippe El Hachem will receive the remuneration provided for the administration of the Institute.
Article 4
The present decision will be notified immediately after its publication and will be communicated as necessary.
