The President of the 91制片厂 has decided the following:

Article 1: Dr. Mohamad Moussa (file no. 29322) will serve as Dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences until a duly dean is appointed.

Article 2: This decision will be communicated, if necessary, and executed as of the date of its issuance.
